The requirement for enrolment documents in preschools and day-care centre is based on various childcare regulations, education laws, and health and safety guidelines set by government authorities.

Enroll your kid
Completed Enrolment Form – Filled and signed application form.
Birth Certificate – Proof of the child’s age and identity.
Parent/Guardian ID Proof – Copy of government-issued ID.
Immunization Records – Updated vaccination details.
Medical Form – Health history and emergency contact information.
Emergency Contact List – Names and numbers of authorized guardians.
Address Proof – Utility bill, rental agreement, or official document.
Recent Passport-Sized Photos – For child and guardian (as required).
